Option 2: Aperitivo Tasting Experience

Time: 4:15pm – 5:30pm

Our signature public hosted tasting. Step into the microbrewery for an intimate, flavour-first evening featuring a hosted 5-glass tasting flight, a full-sized botanical Kocktail or gut-healing Mocktail, and a generous plate of our fresh Ma’ Organic Spelt Focaccia.

Option 1: Kombucha Making Workshop

Time: 1:00pm – 4:00pm

A deep, 3-hour practical masterclass led by founder Livia Palmiero. Learn the exact Wild IS Earth method, tour the microbrewery, and build your own custom live ferment to take home along with a complete premium starter kit. (Note: This workshop is fully practical and does not include the tasting flight or food).
