Upcoming Events at Wild IS Earth...
Embrace Sustainability, Community, Culture
From September 2025, the mezzanine at 327 Kentish Town Road becomes the dedicated home of Wild IS Earth events; exploring core passions: sustainability, community, and culture, with dancing microbes at the heart of it all.
Meanwhile the main floor is available as a pop-up space for hire - welcoming chefs, artists, designers, musicians and creatives of all kinds (ideally) who share our values and want to bring something new to Kentish Town. Whether it’s workshops, live music, supper clubs, tastings, talks, or something entirely unique - we’re open to ideas.
At times, both spaces may come together in creative collaboration.

Let’s see what we can create together - and breathe new life onto our high streets...

FERMENTATION.
CREATIVITY. CONNECTION.
Wild IS Earth: Kombucha Tasting Sessions
Fermentation. Creativity. Connection.
*TBC* Thursday in October | Kentish Town
We’re quietly and joyfully re-opening—and you’re invited to share the first of the new chapter.
Join Wild IS Earth’s Livia Palmiero and chef Clare Heal of Sycamore Smyth for a tasting-led evening inside a working kombucha microbrewery.
In the mezzanine above the fermenters, you’ll sample a guided flight of small-batch kombuchas brewed on site, alongside cocktails mixed exclusively for the evening – from the sweet-spiced FireRye Mule (Wild Turkey whiskey, chilli, fiery lemon & gingered turmeric kombucha) to the seaweed-laced Wakaloma (wakame tequila, wild flower kombucha, spirulina).
Paired with wild bites – playful small plates in the spirit of Italian aperitivo and British seasonality – think kombucha-caviar oatcakes, sweetcorn & kimchi fritters, and miso-caramel brownie bites.
Each 45-minute session is intimate and flavour-first, a gentle introduction to the Wild IS Earth ethos: curious, crafted, and rooted in slower culture.
Afterwards, head downstairs. The bar stays open with more kombucha cocktails, low-intervention wines, and global grooves until 11pm – plus optional creative prompts like communal sketching if the mood takes you
