Fermented and Fungi: An Intimate Evening of Organic Plant- based Culinary Delights

Join us for a one-of-a-kind dinner experience through a crafted tasting menu inspired by seasonal, organic plant-based ingredients. Hosted by three visionary women - Wild Is Earth Brewster Livia Palmiero, Naturopathic Chef Julie Cleijne (from Sustainable Kitchen Consultants), and Nutritionist Chef Nour Maurice (from Nourished by Nour) - this exclusive, seasonal menu is crafted to nourish both body and soul.

The evening’s menu draws inspiration from Wild Is Earth Kombucha, offering a creative exploration of gut-friendly, fermented dishes and the rich world of fungi. With an emphasis on zero-waste and sustainable practices, each dish will highlight the importance of mindful eating - for a healthier body and a healthier planet.

○ Aperitivo and two canapé selections on arrival

○ Primo 1: Comprising 3 individual exciting courses

○ Primo 2: Homemade ravioli

○ Secondo: ‘Seafood’ platter

○ Dolce: Seasonal dessert

○ Caffè: Fungi coffee/tea with chocolate truffle bite

○ Includes a glass of vegan organic wine and one aperitivo cocktail

We’re happy to open our mezzanine area for a private group of 10-14 people, offering a more intimate dining experience. Dine together in a cosy, semi-private space, with the flexibility to mingle and share the evening with the rest of the community downstairs. Ideal for friends, family, or colleagues! Note: The mezzanine area will only be opened for group bookings. This won't affect the limited tickets available in the main dining area.
