Our process begins with premium loose-leaf tea, carefully steeped to extract rich, full flavours—without a hint of bitterness. We use only organic ingredients, including a special blend of sugars and teas designed to nourish your gut microbiome. This thoughtful combination is then brought to life by our unique mother culture, which infuses each brew with its own magic.
We follow the traditional "back slopping" method to naturally lower the pH and introduce healthy Acetic Acid Bacteria (AAB)—the friendly microbes that make kombucha so special. Each batch is further elevated with fresh fruits, medicinal spices, and the powerful, antihistamine-rich bitter nettle, creating a drink that’s as healthful as it is delicious.
True to our commitment to authenticity, we ferment in small glass jars and serve our kombucha in UV-protected, thick ceramic flip-top bottles. This ensures every bottle is a work of art—packed with natural cultures, bolder flavours, and plenty of yeast to keep things alive and potent.
Unlike most shop-bought kombucha, we never pasteurise, so our brew retains its full spectrum of beneficial bacteria, vitamins, and healthy acids. Every bottle is a living elixir, ready to support your gut health—but remember, it’s full of life, so treat it with care!

Keep cool and open with care. Kombucha will keep in the fridge in a sealed container for 4-5 days without much change in flavour. Note that Kombucha never goes off, just continues to mature as it’s still alive but working slowly (many actually enjoy tasting the ever changing flavour process it produces). However if left ‘un-burped’, open with caution as it could explode from its built up carbonation.
