Join us at the microbrewery bar for three Festive Cocktail Evenings — a pre-Christmas pause where bubbles, beats and candlelight soften the usual December chaos. The main floor bar will be open to the public each night, pouring kombucha cocktails (boozy + alcohol-free), low-intervention wines and WISE 330ml bottles brewed on site.
These nights are for festive work crews, friendship circles, neighbours and curious wanderers looking for somewhere a little wilder, softer and more intimate to gather before the city slips into full-blown Christmas mode.
Come early, claim a corner, bring your people.
Stay late, sip slowly, and let the room take care of you.

Our Festive Cocktail Nights — 8th, 10th & 12th December — are an invitation to gather before the city disappears into full Christmas chaos and winter hibernation.
These evenings centre around the main floor bar: kombucha cocktails, low-intervention wines, winter warmth, good people, and the gentle festive buzz that makes this space come alive.
Whether you’re bringing your work crew, your friendship circle, or simply slipping in for a quiet December drink, each night is designed to feel cosy, communal and deliciously unhurried.
Explore the likes of the Beet Negroni (Campari, gin, Cocchi vermouth, WISE Tarty Rosehip & Hibiscus Kombucha, beetroot + organic edible blood orange); the FireRye Mule (Wild Turkey whiskey, Calabrese chilli syrup, WISE Fiery Lemon & Gingered Turmeric Kombucha); or the Fungi Chinotto Martini (house chinotto, seven-medicinal-mushroom blend, organic Exhale coffee, rosemary-vanilla syrup + vodka) — and more.
Monday 8th December — 1st Festive Cocktail Night + Mezzanine Workshops:
While the bar hums downstairs, the mezzanine becomes a small realm of magic, mystery and inner exploration with The Occultists.
Choose from sigil-making, tarot + EFT tapping, or an introduction to Islamic occultism — each offering a doorway into symbolism, reflection and personal insight.
Private 1:1 readings with Luke are also available before or after the group sessions.
The heart of the night, however, beats downstairs at the bar — open, glowing, and ready for festive groups.
Wednesday 10th December — 2nd Festive Cocktail Night :
A second evening of winter cocktails, kombucha, wines and soft beats — no workshops upstairs, just one full, open space for the whole room to breathe together.
Perfect for Christmas gatherings, after-work groups, creative friends, neighbours, or anyone wanting a warm, soulful room to unwind in.
A cajón will be out for anyone bold enough to bring a bit of rhythm.
Friday 12th December — 3rd Festive Cocktail Night + Aperitivo :
A third evening of winter cocktails, kombucha, wines and soft beats — this time paired with a guided kombucha tasting + seasonal aperitivo menu.
Join Wild IS Earth’s Livia Palmiero for an intimate, flavour-first tasting flight of small-batch kombuchas brewed on site using FairWild nettles, real tea, and the slow WISE method.
Each 30-minute session introduces the Wild IS Earth ethos: curious, crafted and rooted in slower culture.
After the tasting, drift downstairs to the bar. Your ticket includes one kombucha cocktail from the WISE bar menu.
The evening continues with a Winter Britalian Aperitivo, crafted in-house by Livia using:
• homegrown oyster mushrooms + 7-medicinal mushroom mix
• autumn ferments + kombucha pickles
• seasonal winter greens
• Mamma’s fresh spelt focaccia — in gentle honour of the Tolli family roots
A simple, grounding tasting menu shaped by winter plants, fungi, and the rhythm of the season.
The Flow of the Evening
On 8th December, the mezzanine — usually home to quietly fermenting kombucha — becomes an intimate workshop space, while the main bar glows with winter warmth.
On 10th & 12th December, the full space is yours: cocktails, wines, mellow beats and an atmosphere built for slow connection.
Expect fizz, curiosity, gentle festive chaos, and the glow of a room shaped by slow culture.
Stay for the drinks, the company, the rhythm — the bar remains open until 11pm each night, with kombucha cocktails, low-intervention wines and global grooves drifting through the space.
