  • All ingredients and equipment provided

  • Guided kombucha tasting with Livia Palmiero

  • Hands on creative workshop led by Anna Drozdova

  • Seasonal kombucha cocktail tasting

  • A digital recipe booklet with all class recipes, plus bonus kombucha creations to try at home

  • Access to a private online support group for sharing your experiments and questions

Join fermentation educator Anna Drozdova and Livia at Wild IS Earth inside the working microbrewery for a slow, sparkling exploration of kombucha: its flavours, stories, and surprising possibilities.

This 2.5 hour guided session blends tasting, making, and shared discovery. You’ll learn how Wild IS Earth kombucha comes to life, from leaf to culture to fizz, while tasting through a flight of signature brews and limited seasonal batches straight from the tanks.

Then, get hands on. Together we’ll transform kombucha beyond the glass:

  • Craft a festive kombucha shrub, a probiotic syrup for cocktails or spritzers.

  • Create kombucha pickles that sparkle with tang and depth.

  • Taste kombucha cocktails inspired by the season: from a spiced hot toddy to a refreshing shrub spritz.

The Flow of the Evening

Expect fizz, laughter, curiosity, and a deep dive into the living world of kombucha.

Leave with your own creations, a head full of ideas, and a heart slightly more fermented than before.

The bar stays open until 11 pm, serving more kombucha cocktails, low-intervention wines, and global grooves.
