FERMENTATION.
CREATIVITY. CONNECTION.
Join us for a gathering of wild fermentation and seasonal flavour, a tasting-led collaboration between Wild IS Earth’s Livia Palmiero and chef Clare Heal (Sycamore Smyth).
Set in the mezzanine of a working kombucha microbrewery in Kentish Town, the evening features kombucha-forward cocktails brewed on-site - tart, complex, and full of wild character paired with small bites in the spirit of Italian aperitivo and British seasonality. A fresh, flavour-led introduction to slow culture.
Your session includes a guided flight of small-batch kombuchas brewed from the same wild ferments, plus a kombucha cocktail served during the tasting.
Afterwards, head downstairs - where the bar stays open until 11pm with a curated menu of kombucha cocktails, low-intervention organic wines, and a laid-back space to connect.
Expect feel-good jazz, soul, disco and global grooves, alongside gentle prompts to spark conversation and communal sketching.
🜃 Slow culture, shared.
